Introduction

TaskDriver.ai ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our website, services, and AI automation solutions (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Data We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email address, company name, contact details, and any information you provide when contacting us or using our Services.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, such as log files, IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
• Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage of our Services.
• Client Data: Content and data you provide to us for automation or AI processing, subject to your instructions.

Google Accounts and Report Emails

TaskDriver.ai is our business workflow application at app.taskdriver.ai. Google sign-in identifies your account using your Google account ID, name and email address. Connecting a Google service is a separate choice: the Google consent screen shows the permissions requested for that feature. We do not ask for or store your Google password.

The Report Emails dashboard connection requests permission to send email, together with your account ID and verified email address to identify the sender. This connection cannot read your inbox, list messages or access existing Gmail drafts. We store the report emails you provide in TaskDriver.ai, including recipients, subjects, message bodies, PDF attachments, review and approval records, and delivery status. After the required review and approval, an authorised operator can send the approved message through your connected Gmail account. Google receives that message and its attachments for delivery to the specified recipients.

A report draft invitation is a separate connection that creates the prepared emails and PDF attachments in your Gmail Drafts for your review. Google grants permission to manage drafts and send email; Google does not offer a create-drafts-only permission. This invitation workflow only creates the prepared drafts, does not read your inbox or existing drafts, and does not send mail. It verifies your Google account ID and email, opens Gmail when preparation finishes, and does not create a TaskDriver.ai dashboard account. Invitation links expire after seven days and connected preparation sessions after one hour. Draft creation receipts are retained to prevent duplicates. You can revoke this connection in your Google Account permissions.

The separate Inbox feature requests broader Gmail permission to display and manage messages, synchronise mailbox changes and send replies. Connecting Report Emails does not connect Inbox. Inbox content is processed to provide the mailbox and any drafting or automation features you enable; those features may send relevant content to the AI processing service configured for that workflow.

We encrypt stored Google connection tokens and keep them on the server. Report PDFs are stored privately, and access to report emails is restricted to the associated client account and authorised operators. Our hosting and storage providers, including Vercel and Supabase, process this data to operate the service. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used by us to train general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to the service you request, support you authorise, security investigations and legal obligations.

Disconnecting the Report Emails dashboard connection removes its stored connection token and prevents new send requests through that connection. A send already in progress may still complete. You can also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not delete your report drafts or approval and delivery records. These remain available for your work and audit history until you request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. TaskDriver.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Social Accounts You Connect (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

TaskDriver.ai includes a publishing tool that writes, schedules and posts content to social accounts and company pages that you, or a client who has authorised you, explicitly connect to your TaskDriver.ai account. Connecting an account is always initiated by you, through that platform's own consent screen, and can be undone at any time.

What we receive from LinkedIn. When you connect a LinkedIn account we receive, through LinkedIn's official APIs and only with the permissions you grant: your LinkedIn member identifier, name and profile picture; the identifier, name and logo of any LinkedIn Page you administer and choose to connect; an access token and refresh token; and, for posts published through TaskDriver.ai, the resulting post identifier and its LinkedIn-reported engagement counts. We use the same shape of data for every other platform listed above.

What we use it for. Solely to operate the features you asked for: showing you which accounts are connected, publishing or scheduling the posts you approve, attaching the images you selected, and reporting back whether a post succeeded and how it performed. We do not use platform data to train models, we do not combine it with data from other customers, and we do not build advertising or audience profiles from it.

What we never do. We never sell, rent, licence or otherwise transfer platform data to anyone, and we never resell API access or expose platform data through an API of our own. We do not scrape any platform, use automated browser sessions, or access any account other than through the platform's official API with a token you granted. We do not post anything you have not approved.

Retention and deletion. Tokens and connected-account details are stored encrypted at rest and kept only while the connection is active. Disconnecting an account in TaskDriver.ai deletes its tokens immediately and its cached profile, page and post records within 30 days. Revoking TaskDriver.ai from the platform's own settings has the same effect the next time we call the API. Deleting your TaskDriver.ai account removes all of it. You can also email us at the address below and ask us to delete platform data at any time, and we will do so within 30 days.

Compliance. Our use of LinkedIn data follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Platform Guidelines, and our use of every other platform's data follows that platform's developer terms.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Services and AI automation solutions.

• To analyze usage trends and improve Service functionality and security.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers and partners who assist in delivering our Services (subject to confidentiality agreements).
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of TaskDriver.ai, our users, or others.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client data provided for automation or AI processing is retained in accordance with your instructions or applicable agreements.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict processing of your information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

International Data Transfers
