Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TaskDriver AI ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the TaskDriver.ai website and any related services (the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all associated code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The automations, workflows, and custom AI models we develop specifically for you under a separate Statement of Work (SOW) are licensed to you upon payment completion, though the underlying foundational IP and proprietary development tools remain our property.

3. User Commitments

By using the Services, you confirm that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; and (4) you will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Fees and Payment

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
• All fees are billed in **New Zealand Dollars (NZD)** unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to change prices for our services upon 30 days notice.

5. Governing Law (New Zealand)

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **New Zealand**, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
