For manufacturers and industrial firms in Australia
Quote requests in by email.Quotes out the same day.
Built for Australian manufacturers and industrial services firms of 20 to 500 staff. Requests arrive by email, web form and phone, and someone keys them into a spreadsheet before an estimator can start. We build what reads each request, chases the missing details and puts a checked draft quote in front of your estimator the same business day, without adding office staff.

What we set up for manufacturers and industrial firms.
Every request read and checked
Emails and web forms are read for the drawing, material, quantity and due date. Anything missing is asked for straight away, so the estimator starts with a complete request.

Built from your rates and past jobs, it goes to your estimator to approve or edit before anything is sent. One list of open requests replaces the spreadsheet.
See it belowEvery quote followed up
Follow-ups go out on the days you pick and stop when the buyer replies, so open quotes don't go quiet.
See it belowA reply for every missed call
A caller who couldn't get through gets a text asking for the drawing and quantity, so the request still reaches the estimator.

Try it on Apex Fabrication.
A made-up manufacturing and industrial services business, so you can see each part working. Nothing is called, texted, emailed or booked. The draft quote itself is built from your rates and past jobs, so a made-up firm can't show it. These demos show the parts around it: collecting the details, the stages a request moves through, follow-up and missed calls.

Quote stages
One list instead of a spreadsheet.
Every request sits at one stage, so anyone can see what is waiting and on whom.
Move an example enquiry
- New enquiry
- Qualified
- Quote prepared
- Awaiting confirmation
Quote request: 40 laser-cut brackets: New enquiry. The connected system would log this stage and apply agreed rules.
Simulated: no customer record is stored.
Missed-call text-back
Every missed call gets a text back.
When nobody can pick up, the caller gets a text within seconds and the job lands with your team instead of a competitor.
Press Play to watch the first minute after a missed call.
Simulated: nothing was sent.
Lead follow-up
Follow up every lead until they book.
New enquiries get a short sequence over a week. Reply as the lead and watch it adjust.

Simulated: nothing was sent.
What it won't do
- It never sends a quote your estimator hasn't approved.
- It won't make up a price or a lead time. Anything it can't price from your rates is flagged for the estimator.
- Engineering questions, drawings that don't add up and unhappy customers go to a person.
Works with your tools
Most firms quote from Outlook or Gmail, a spreadsheet and an accounting or job system such as MYOB or Xero. We scope the build around what you already use: where requests come in, where the draft quote lands and who approves it. Where a system can't connect, the draft comes to your estimator by email.

Questions manufacturers and industrial firms ask.
- Is this a package?
- No. Every firm quotes differently, so we scope first. We ask for five recent quote requests and one finished quote, run them through a quick test that touches none of your systems, and write a one-page spec: what it does, what it connects to and what it won't do. You see it working on your own requests before you decide.
- Our quotes depend on drawings and specs. Can it handle that?
- It reads the email and the attached details together, pulls out the material, quantity, finish and due date, and asks the buyer for anything missing. Pricing comes from your rates and past jobs, and anything unusual is flagged for the estimator.
- Will it send quotes without us checking?
- No. Every draft goes to your estimator to approve or edit. What it may send on its own, such as a note that the request arrived, is written into the spec.
- What does it cost?
- The first call is free: 30 minutes with Robert, no obligation. Once the scope is written you get one fixed price in writing, paid in stages: half when you sign, a quarter at testing and the rest at launch. Nothing is built before you sign.
