Workflow Review

Workflow Review privacy

Workflow Review receives only the options you choose when ChatGPT runs it: which assistants you use, whether you have a rule for which one does which job, how developed your instructions, memory, automation and checking habits are, and three numbers or yes/no answers about connected apps and reusable workflows. Nothing else you type in ChatGPT reaches us. We never receive your instruction text, your memory, names, emails, account names or your conversation.

We keep your score (0 to 100), the seven area levels, the date, and a one-way scrambled version of the anonymous user id ChatGPT sends with each request, or of the network address the request comes from when there is no such id (it cannot be turned back into either). It is used only so one person counts once per day; a new check the same day replaces your earlier one. It is erased about 2 days after your last check, the next time anyone runs a check after that, so in quiet periods it can last a little longer. The score, levels and date remain without anything that identifies you, and are used to show where a score sits among the setups checked.

We also count, per day, how many times Workflow Review was opened and used. These counts carry no personal information.

Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs under its own retention settings. ChatGPT handles your conversation under OpenAI’s policies. No paid AI model is used to score your answers: the score is a fixed formula, published on the Workflow Review page.
