TaskDriver.ai built a custom WhatsApp automation that runs the full quote journey: collecting bills and installation photos, generating quotes via API, and completing payment through their website, so the team spends less time chasing information and more time on installs.
The challenge
Quoting required a lot of back-and-forth: asking customers for usage bills, installation site photos, and other details, then manually turning that into a quote and payment. That workload didn't scale as enquiry volume grew.
What we built
- WhatsApp quote bot: a guided conversation that automates the quote process end-to-end.
- Document & photo capture so customers can send bills and installation photos in-thread, reducing manual follow-ups.
- Website integration: quotes created through APIs connected to their site so customers can review and complete payment in one flow.

By moving quote intake and document collection into WhatsApp and connecting quotes to the website checkout, the team spends less time on admin and customers get a faster, clearer path from enquiry to payment.
