TaskDriver.ai is an AI and software studio working with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. We set up AI agents and automation inside the tools a business already pays for, including inbox, forms, CRM, bookings and spreadsheets. We fix or rebuild the website when it gets in the way. Fixed scope, quoted upfront, founder-led.

The challenge

Quoting required a lot of back-and-forth: asking customers for usage bills, installation site photos, and other details, then manually turning that into a quote and payment. That workload didn't scale as enquiry volume grew.

What we built

  • WhatsApp quote bot: a guided conversation that automates the quote process end-to-end.
  • Document & photo capture so customers can send bills and installation photos in-thread, reducing manual follow-ups.
  • Website integration: quotes created through APIs connected to their site so customers can review and complete payment in one flow.

What does it cost?
The first call is free: 30 minutes, no charge and no obligation. Setups are quoted in writing on fixed scope before anything starts: half upfront, half when it is live, and live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Bigger builds and website fixes or rebuilds are quoted the same way. Ongoing care after launch is optional and monthly. UK and US businesses are quoted in pounds or US dollars, and there is no hourly billing.
How long does it take from first contact to go-live?
The first call is usually booked within a few days. A first setup is live within 14 days of the quote being agreed and access to your accounts, or your setup fee comes back. Larger automation systems take 4–8 weeks, and a website rebuild 2–5 weeks depending on the number of pages. You get dated milestones in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch? Do you keep running it, or do I take over?
You own it. Everything runs in your accounts, on your keys, and we hand over the code, the docs and the logins at the end of the build. Nothing is locked to us.
If something breaks or needs a tweak, how is that handled and at what cost?
Anything we built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days after handover, and everything we run reports a heartbeat so we usually know before you do. After that, fixes are quoted per job or covered by an optional monthly care plan. It is your choice and never a condition of the build. New scope is quoted as a new fixed-scope build.
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in total: one 30-minute call, giving us access to the tools involved, and one review round before go-live. We do the rest.
