A solar quote that starts with a photo of the customer's bill
Customers send a photo of their power bill on WhatsApp and are guided to a quote, payment and install photos without a person chasing each step.
Australian Power
The problem
Every quote meant a run of back-and-forth messages: ask for a recent bill, ask for the address, ask what size system they wanted, then work out a quote and chase payment and site photos by hand. That did not scale as enquiries grew.
What they asked for
Turn that conversation into something that runs by itself, from first message to the photos an installer needs.
What we built
- A guided WhatsApp conversation: it asks for a photo of the power bill and reads the figures from it with AI.
- It then asks for the address and the solar size the customer wants.
- A quote is created through the connected website, so the customer can review it and pay in one flow.
- After payment it asks for installation site photos in the same chat.
- A customer can ask for a person at any step, and the request lands in the sales team's CRM as a ticket.
What changed
- Customers move through the quote steps on their own phone, in WhatsApp.
- The sales team no longer asks for bills and photos one message at a time.

We have not published counts of quotes produced or bills read, because we have no dated record of them to quote. We do not claim hours saved or extra sales. This is the same job as the Australian Power page, set out in the same format as the other case studies.
