Quote follow-up · Australia

Every quote followed up, without you remembering

Most quotes don't get a no. They get forgotten. Quote follow-up sends a friendly check-in on the days you choose, from your own email or number, and stops the moment the customer replies.

  • Follow-ups on the days you choose, say day 2 and day 7
  • Sent from your own email or number, in your words
  • Stops as soon as the customer replies, accepts or says no
  • A short list of quotes still waiting on an answer

Sound familiar?

Where quotes go quiet

  • The customer meant to reply, then got busy
  • They're comparing three quotes and yours slipped down
  • You meant to ring them, then the week got away
  • The quote sits in your sent folder and nobody checks

Step by step

How it works

  1. You send a quote the way you already do.
  2. Two days later, the customer gets a short, friendly check-in from you.
  3. If they still haven't replied, a second one goes out on day 7, or whenever you choose.
  4. The moment they reply, accept or say no, the follow-ups stop and the reply comes to you.

Where it stops

Where it stops

  • It never changes a price or makes an offer you haven't written.
  • It doesn't keep chasing after the number of follow-ups you set.
  • Customers who reply, accept or say no hear nothing more from it.

How it starts

Set up in the tools you already use

We start with a free 30-minute call to look at how you quote now. Then a paid pilot with a fixed quote, built in your own accounts, live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Once it's working, we keep it running monthly and tune the wording and timing with you.

Client work

One job first, then we kept it running

A voice-coaching studio in Australia started with one fixed-quote job. We now look after their bookings, reminders and enquiries month to month. The write-up says what we fixed, what changed and what we haven't measured yet.

Questions

Common questions

Does it work with my quoting software?
Most quoting and job management tools can tell another system when a quote goes out. If yours can't, we give you an address to bcc on quote emails and it works from that. We check which one fits on the free call.
Will it annoy my customers?
You choose how many follow-ups and when, and it stops the moment they reply, accept or say no. We suggest two friendly check-ins to start.
Does it come from me or from a robot address?
From you. It sends from your own email or business number, in your words, so replies land with you like any other message.
Can I see what's waiting on a reply?
Yes. You get a simple list of open quotes and where each one is up to, so nothing sits forgotten in your sent folder.

How we work with you

The answers people ask for before they book: cost, timeline, ownership, and what happens when something breaks.

What does it cost?
The first call is free: 30 minutes, no charge and no obligation. Most work starts with a paid pilot on one job, quoted in writing on fixed scope before anything starts: half upfront, half when it's live, and live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Keeping it running after that is a monthly fee, also quoted up front. Website fixes and rebuilds are quoted the same way. There is no hourly billing.
How long does it take from first contact to go-live?
The first call is usually booked within a few days. A first setup is live within 14 days of the quote being agreed and access to your accounts, or your setup fee comes back. Larger automation systems take 4–8 weeks, and a website rebuild 2–5 weeks depending on the number of pages. You get dated milestones in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch? Do you keep running it, or do I take over?
Both. You own it: everything runs in your accounts, on your keys, and you get the logins and the instructions. For systems that answer calls and chase work, we keep them running monthly after the pilot, so you don't have to babysit them. Nothing is locked to us.
If something breaks or needs a tweak, how is that handled and at what cost?
Anything we built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days after handover. After that, systems we keep running are looked after as part of the monthly service, and one-off fixes to anything else are quoted per job. New work is quoted as a new fixed-scope job.
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in total: one 30-minute call, giving us access to the tools involved, and one review round before go-live. We do the rest.
What proof do you have that this works?
Real client work, written up on this site with what was built and what changed: Australian Power (WhatsApp quote automation), Second to None (painting and renovation ops), Invest With Alison (financial-education funnel), and a voice-coaching studio we have run month to month since the first job. Where a result was not measured, the write-up says so.
