AI consulting services in Australia

We help Australian businesses find the automations worth building, then build and integrate them. Practical, applied AI focused on measurable time and cost savings, not hype.

  • Automation audits that map where your team actually loses time
  • Workflow, chatbot, and voice-agent design tuned to your tools
  • Integration with the CRM, email, and spreadsheets you already use
  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & beyond, remote and on Australian hours

What an AI consulting engagement looks like

Every engagement starts with an audit, not a sales pitch. We map your operations, quantify where hours disappear, and rank the opportunities by return on investment. You get a prioritised plan you could hand to any team. If you want it built, we build it.

Where Australian teams get the fastest wins

  • Quoting and proposal generation for trades and services
  • Automated reporting that used to eat a day each week
  • First-line customer replies over WhatsApp, web, and email
  • CRM hygiene: lead capture, enrichment, and follow-up chasing

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer AI consulting across Australia?
Yes. TaskDriver.ai works with businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and regional Australia, delivered remotely with local business hours. We also serve New Zealand, so cross-Tasman teams get one partner.
How is AI consulting different from just buying an AI tool?
A tool is generic; consulting fits AI to your actual workflow. We audit where your team loses time, choose the right tools, integrate them with your existing systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets), and measure the result, so you adopt AI that pays for itself rather than another subscription nobody uses.
How much does AI consulting cost in Australia?
It depends on scope. We start with a fixed-scope audit that surfaces the highest-value automations, then quote each build separately, so you only pay for work with a clear return. This keeps AI adoption low-risk and easy to justify to the business.
How quickly can we see results?
Most first automations ship in two to four weeks. We prioritise the fastest ROI first, usually a repetitive, high-volume task like quoting, reporting, data entry, or first-line customer replies.

How we work with you

The answers people ask for before they book: cost, timeline, ownership, and what happens when something breaks.

What does it cost?
The diagnostic is free: 30 minutes plus a written plan, with no charge and no obligation. After that it depends on the job, so we quote each one in writing on fixed scope rather than publishing a band: one workflow set up end to end, a full AI and automation build, or a website fix or rebuild. Ongoing Care after launch is optional and monthly. AUD, and no hourly billing. We work the number out with you on the call.
How long does it take from first contact to go-live?
The diagnostic is usually booked within a few days. A quick setup is normally done inside a week. Chatbots and single workflows typically go live in 1–2 weeks; larger automation systems in 4–8 weeks, and a website rebuild in 2–5 weeks depending on the number of pages. You get dated milestones in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch? Do you keep running it, or do I take over?
You own it. Everything runs in your accounts, on your keys, and we hand over the code, the docs and the logins at the end of the build. Nothing is locked to us.
If something breaks or needs a tweak, how is that handled and at what cost?
Anything we built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days after handover, and everything we run reports a heartbeat so we usually know before you do. After that, fixes are quoted per job or covered by an optional monthly care plan. It is your choice and never a condition of the build. New scope is quoted as a new fixed-scope build.
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in total: one 30-minute diagnostic call, giving us access to the tools involved, and one review round before go-live. We do the rest.
What proof do you have that this works?
Named, checkable builds rather than anonymous case studies: Australian Power (WhatsApp quote automation), Second to None (painting and renovation ops), Invest With Alison (financial-education funnel) and an AI tools directory. Each one is written up on this site with what was built and what changed.

Who you actually work with

Robert Iuoras

Founder & lead developer

Scopes, designs and ships every TaskDriver.ai build. The person on your diagnostic call is the person writing the code. No account managers and no handoff between the pitch and the work. Always ahead of the game: across the latest AI releases every day, and building with them the same week they land.

  • Shipped WhatsApp quote automation for Australian Power
  • Delivered ops automation and web for Second to None and Invest With Alison
  • Reads and tests the week's AI releases, so what you get is current rather than last year's stack
