An AI receptionist for cleaning businesses

Most cleaning enquiries come in while you're cleaning. Our AI receptionist answers, asks the questions you'd ask (how big, what kind of clean, when) and books the quote or the clean.

  • Takes quote details: bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean
  • Books end-of-lease, regular and one-off cleans
  • Moves cleans for your regular customers
  • Texts the customer to confirm

Sound familiar?

The calls you're missing

  • Quote requests: "How much for a 3-bedroom end-of-lease?"
  • Regular customers moving a clean
  • Commercial enquiries: offices, shops, common areas
  • The questions you answer ten times a week: pets, keys, supplies

Step by step

What happens on a call

  1. A call you can't take forwards to the receptionist.
  2. It asks what you'd ask: suburb, size of the place, type of clean, preferred day.
  3. It gives your standard answers, like what's included, and books a quote or a clean if you allow it.
  4. You get a short summary, and the customer gets a text to confirm.

Where it stops

What it won't do

  • It only quotes prices you've set, like a fixed end-of-lease rate. Anything else becomes a quote booking.
  • It won't take card details over the phone.
  • Complaints come straight to you.

Your systems

Works with what you've got

Whether you run bookings in a cleaning app, a CRM or a Google calendar, we check on the free call what it can connect to. Where it can't, the receptionist sends the booking to you to confirm.

How it starts

A paid pilot, then we run it

A free 30-minute call first, to see whether it's worth doing. Then a paid pilot with a fixed quote: half upfront, half when it's live, and live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Once it's doing its job, we keep it running monthly and tune it as you go.

Client work

One job first, then we kept it running

A voice-coaching studio in Australia started with one fixed-quote job. We now look after their bookings, reminders and enquiries month to month. The write-up says what we fixed, what changed and what we haven't measured yet.

Questions

Common questions

Can it give prices?
Only the ones you give it. If you have set prices, like end-of-lease by number of bedrooms, it can quote those. Anything else gets booked as a quote.
Can my regular customers reschedule with it?
Yes, if your calendar allows it. It moves the clean to a time you have open and lets you and the customer know.
We get a lot of calls from people looking for work. Can it handle those?
Yes. It can take their details and tell them how to apply, so they don't tie you up on a job.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls you don't answer are forwarded to the receptionist, so customers keep ringing the number they already know. We check how your phone provider handles forwarding on the free call.
Will it annoy my customers?
It keeps calls short and sticks to what you've approved. You choose what it says and when it hands over to a person, and you hear it on test calls before it takes a real one.

Other industries

How we work with you

The answers people ask for before they book: cost, timeline, ownership, and what happens when something breaks.

What does it cost?
The first call is free: 30 minutes, no charge and no obligation. Most work starts with a paid pilot on one job, quoted in writing on fixed scope before anything starts: half upfront, half when it's live, and live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Keeping it running after that is a monthly fee, also quoted up front. Website fixes and rebuilds are quoted the same way. There is no hourly billing.
How long does it take from first contact to go-live?
The first call is usually booked within a few days. A first setup is live within 14 days of the quote being agreed and access to your accounts, or your setup fee comes back. Larger automation systems take 4–8 weeks, and a website rebuild 2–5 weeks depending on the number of pages. You get dated milestones in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch? Do you keep running it, or do I take over?
Both. You own it: everything runs in your accounts, on your keys, and you get the logins and the instructions. For systems that answer calls and chase work, we keep them running monthly after the pilot, so you don't have to babysit them. Nothing is locked to us.
If something breaks or needs a tweak, how is that handled and at what cost?
Anything we built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days after handover. After that, systems we keep running are looked after as part of the monthly service, and one-off fixes to anything else are quoted per job. New work is quoted as a new fixed-scope job.
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in total: one 30-minute call, giving us access to the tools involved, and one review round before go-live. We do the rest.
What proof do you have that this works?
Real client work, written up on this site with what was built and what changed: Australian Power (WhatsApp quote automation), Second to None (painting and renovation ops), Invest With Alison (financial-education funnel), and a voice-coaching studio we have run month to month since the first job. Where a result was not measured, the write-up says so.
