An AI receptionist for Gold Coast and Brisbane businesses

We're a Gold Coast business. We set up AI receptionists, missed-call text-back and quote follow-up for trades, clinics, cleaners and property managers from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, and keep them running.

  • Based on the Gold Coast, working on Queensland time
  • Set up with the suburbs and areas you actually service
  • Starts with a paid pilot on one job
  • You deal with Robert, the founder, the whole way

Why local helps

Same clock, same suburbs

Queensland doesn't do daylight saving, so for half the year a Sydney or Melbourne provider is an hour ahead of you. We're not. When something needs changing, it gets changed in your working day.

Your receptionist is set up with the areas you cover, so a caller from Coomera, Logan or Springfield gets a straight answer about whether you come out to them.

Who we set it up for

Step by step

How it starts

  1. A free 30-minute call. Tell us where work slips through and we'll say straight whether it's worth fixing.
  2. A paid pilot on one job, with a fixed quote in writing. Live in 14 days or your setup fee back.
  3. Once it's doing its job, we keep it running monthly and tune it as your business changes.

Client work

One job first, then we kept it running

A voice-coaching studio in Australia started with one fixed-quote job. We now look after their bookings, reminders and enquiries month to month. The write-up says what we fixed, what changed and what we haven't measured yet.

Questions

Common questions

Are you actually based on the Gold Coast?
Yes. TaskDriver.ai is registered on the Gold Coast, Queensland (ABN 99 149 699 032). Robert, the founder, does the work himself.
Do you only work with Gold Coast and Brisbane businesses?
No. We work with businesses right across Australia over video calls and screen share. Being in South East Queensland just means we're on the same clock as you if you're local.
Can it handle local suburb names?
Yes. We set it up with the suburbs and areas you cover, so it can tell a caller straight away whether you service their area.

How we work with you

The answers people ask for before they book: cost, timeline, ownership, and what happens when something breaks.

What does it cost?
The first call is free: 30 minutes, no charge and no obligation. Most work starts with a paid pilot on one job, quoted in writing on fixed scope before anything starts: half upfront, half when it's live, and live in 14 days or your setup fee back. Keeping it running after that is a monthly fee, also quoted up front. Website fixes and rebuilds are quoted the same way. There is no hourly billing.
How long does it take from first contact to go-live?
The first call is usually booked within a few days. A first setup is live within 14 days of the quote being agreed and access to your accounts, or your setup fee comes back. Larger automation systems take 4–8 weeks, and a website rebuild 2–5 weeks depending on the number of pages. You get dated milestones in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch? Do you keep running it, or do I take over?
Both. You own it: everything runs in your accounts, on your keys, and you get the logins and the instructions. For systems that answer calls and chase work, we keep them running monthly after the pilot, so you don't have to babysit them. Nothing is locked to us.
If something breaks or needs a tweak, how is that handled and at what cost?
Anything we built that breaks is fixed free for 30 days after handover. After that, systems we keep running are looked after as part of the monthly service, and one-off fixes to anything else are quoted per job. New work is quoted as a new fixed-scope job.
How much of my time does this take?
About two hours in total: one 30-minute call, giving us access to the tools involved, and one review round before go-live. We do the rest.
What proof do you have that this works?
Real client work, written up on this site with what was built and what changed: Australian Power (WhatsApp quote automation), Second to None (painting and renovation ops), Invest With Alison (financial-education funnel), and a voice-coaching studio we have run month to month since the first job. Where a result was not measured, the write-up says so.
